Axis Bank — account balance is negative | |||||
Hi team, Axis bank is playing with common men. I have an account in axis bank sector 17 b chandigarh branch. I lost my credit card 5-6 months ago. I blockd it from my mobile app and raised a request for a new card. But i did not receive my card yet. I drop many emails to customer care and even my home branch also. But they guys are not taking serious. I am out of india so thats why i can’t visit branch. Today i checked my account and i saw my account balance is negative - rs 17000. I think due to some due amount of credit card my account is showing negative. But there is no credit card in my hand. I didn’t receive card from bank end, then why should i pay this amount.
