[Resolved] Axis Bank — Account cancellation and unauthorized debit from account | |||||
Dear sir, With great disappointment i here by submit the complaint against axis bank tripunithura branch. I owned a current account in axis bank tripunithura branch, in relation to my business with milma co operative society (Ercmpu) and without any intimation (Via call, sms or email) they have debited a sum of rs.5000 from my account in march 2015, and from that day to till today i have visited the branch and have given a number of written complaints (More than 5 times) to the bank officials regarding this matters. The reply given by the bank authorities are unsatisfactory and till today they have not reimbursed the amount. We had also submitted the request for cancellation of that account on march 2015.
