[Resolved] Axis Bank — account closure request not processed | |||
I had opened an account with axis bank shahpura (3728) branch on 22/03/2018, after 8-9 days i didn't find its offerings and services as per the standard of other private banks, I submitted my account closure request on dt 31/03/2018, with duly filled account closure form and surrender all belongings (I. E. Debit card, cheque book, passbook) for the same. They denied to close it on the same day. Neither they destroyed my debit card and cheque book in front of me. I wish to know whether my account has been closed or not yet... If no than there may be misuse of my account. Please look immediately into my issue. I have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 350rs for the past three months and this month also they have deducted 1298 with GST from my account written as Consolidated Charges. And help me to get my money back.They are deducting money from my account wihout my knowledge.
