[Resolved] Axis Bank — Account debited by fraudulent call. | |||
This is to inform you that the amount of Rs. 18, 563 has been debited form my Account No [protected]. The amounts were debited in four tranches - Rs, 4, 635 Rs. 4, 635 Rs. 4, 615 Rs. 4, 678 I had received a call from [protected] number and the concerned person informed me that the pay back points would be directly credited to my account. I want to know as to how I can reverse these transactions. Subsequently my debit card has been blocked by me. Was this information helpful? | |||
