Axis Bank — Account didn't active after 20 days of opening it.

Hi, My name is Baliram Prasad. I have opened a joint account at Axis Bank (Branch: BENACHITY, DURGAPUR, IFSC Code: UTIB0001179 MICR Code:[protected] Branch Code: 001179) on 2nd May 2015. Even after 20 days it didn't active. I have call many time at branch office. Earlier they said, account will open in next day. But Now now no one is picking the phone. Currently, I am at out of station and can't go to the branch. Please help me in this regard.
