The executive said they will resolve and raise it to the highest authority but i wonder if Axis authority takes almost a month to react . i heard Axis is one of the best banking services but this indecent showed how worst they are. I am yet to receive a call back, everytime i have to call back them and ask for the update . worst customer service.
Now lets see if they react on this post or not . if not my next step would be filling a personal suite against them.
SR Nagar Branch guys if am not getting resolution get ready to face the consequences .
