Axis Bank — Account level modifications | |||||
We are holding current account with axis bank, warangal branch. Request was submitted for re KYC, mobile number updation, BO declaration, change in partnership deed and sign updation for new partner on 12/01/2017. Met branch manager and complained on 22/02/2017 for the delay. BM arrogantly said would be done in 10 days and is still not done. I have given them time to complete the pendency in 1 day and submitted the pending documents to process the request and is still not done. Such a pathetic level of service being a world class private bank. How many days do you need just to process small requests. Myself and my executives have visited your office many times to remind and requestting to process the requests. I find Branch Manger is not taking responsibility even after a complaint and is again delayed by 2 weeks. Was this information helpful? | |||||
