Axis Bank — account opening fake. as they don't do whatever they promised.

I had requested to open a a/c in axix bank through online n after i got a call n from nearest branch banker came n open a account on tuesday and my facilities was instant a/c open and for i have to pay [protected]@5000/-. I have paid [protected]@6000 but till now a/c not opened. For that i call couple of time sometimes they picked up my call n sometimes not.
