My account is showing error while transfer funds like ACCOUNT BLOCKED/FROZEN.
I have attached error snapshot, kindly remove block as soon as possible.
My family is struggling to handle this COVID-19 lockdown situation. The Govt. COVID-19 relief fund also credited in this account, but I cannot use because of your bank blocked.
Please unblock my account to survive in this COVID-19.

Please response properly, otherwise I will complaint further to OMBUDSMAN, Consumer court and post public medias.
