[Resolved]  Axis Bank — account status is credit frozen

Address:Sri Amarajeevi Potti Sri Ramulu Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, 524406

Hi, I could not able to transfer money to my account. Account status is showing as CREDIT FROZEN. What needs to be done. Is there any way to do reKYC online.?

It would be helpful if you guys inform priorly about this and guide the users to do the necessary steps. I spent some time on this, but I couldn't get the resolution to my concern?
