The company doesent have a policy for address updation of their credit card, bankers use the name of the customer care and customer care uses the name of the bank. There is no resolution or action neither from both the ends. Im frustrated called customer care several times and also met bank branch regarding the same thrice but such arrogant treat is never expected.
Customer care disconnects the phone afetr being questioned for the same.
Ramnagar branch staff dont at all care for the customers.
This is the way axis bank is treating their customers.
