Axis Bank — after submission of closer request account still not closed

Hi,

I have submitted request to axis bank for closer of my 2 accounts in 2015 and also submitted my 1 debit card which was destroyed in front of me, but now when i checked and found my accounts still not closed and i am getting issue with aadhar linking as that one was linked with axis bank and now i am unable to link with other bank as after update in other bank account it's seeding status showing for axis bank. I registered a complain with axis bank and now they are asking to submit a request again and i also checked and found there is lots of charges debited from my account.
Please help with same.
