Dear sir/madam I had salary account with axis bank which got converted to saving account in 2020 when I left my job. But why it was chargeable because RBI guidelines is saying if you have Rs.0 balance then the account will get dormat or inactive and thr will be no charges applicable.then this much of charges bt why i have to pay i haven't used that account since a year
