Axis Bank — Amount debit

Dear Sir,

I am having loan in axis bank which is deduct the amount 4368/- on every month 5th, but 2530/- deducted on 27-oct-2015 without any intimation, i have send mail to customer care but i didn't get any response, further details stated below.

Please help to solve the issue.
