[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Amount debit from a/c

Imphal East, Manipur

From my Axis Bank A/c debited sum of amount ₹250(Mention as consolidate charge for A/c) and ₹30 service Tax @12.36%
This is the second time they debite from my as same condition
When i talk to customer care they replay me that for non maintain of minimum balance.but at the time of A/c open they advice me to maintained ₹2500.I have been maintained the required amount at my A/c
so what action should taken up to axis bank
