Hello Axis Bank, I complained 2 times as my account debited with 1000/- Rupees on 23rd Nov 2018 and its kind of ECS transaction but I never registered any ECS except my Reliance mutual fund. My Reliance mutual fund ECS date is 28th Nov . When i found this transaction then I immidiately complained on your customer care number and your customer care executive said that refund will be given in 48 hrs but not given refund today is 28th Nov .My complaint no 46586751.
