Axis Bank — amount debited but not transferred as well as not return in account

Dear sir,

My saving bank account number is [protected] while customer id is[protected]
On 24/09/2017 in night near about 9:40 pm when i was transfering amount rs 800/- through bhim app found amount was debited while transaction failure message received.

Till i am waiting but that debited (Rs 800/-) amount was not return in my above mention account

Please needful support to recover this amount
