On 01/02/16, I had done an online purchase of Rs.614.46 from "First Cry.Com" and the payment was made by my debit card at around 21:15 hours, the amount was debited and I got the message of debit but after few minutes a mail was sent to me stating that the transaction was cancelled by my bank so the seller could not process my transaction. I informed my bank the next day regarding the problem through phone banking and I was assured that my problem will be solved within 4 working days but it was not done so again on 11/02/16, I told the matter to the phone banking official and I was given a complaint code of" 20332916"also assuring me that the problem will be solved by 48 hours but till date nothing is solved.Even I visited my branch but they said that they can't do anything and I've to get it solved through mail & phone banking. Prakash Gandhi — Atm mai balance nahi
Bank najdik hone par atm(Old bus stand, dungarpur-rajasthan) main cash nahi second atm (Collectry ke pass, dungarpur) vahi cash balance nahi. Apki bank bank mai likha hota hai atm se cash withdrawals kare. Meri complain yah hai ki jis bank ke under mai atm ata hai us bank main cash nahi hai to use ek amt. Ki panelty lage us bank ko.Bank atm charge lagta hai fir seva main kami kyo ? Aap hamare account ek limit se amount cum ho jata hai tab aap panelty lagato ke nahi ? (Saterday ko full days balane nahi tha-9.4.16 ko)
