Axis Bank — amount debited from my credit card

Address:Aparna serene park,near SBI staff quarters,masjid Banda,kondapur, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, 500084

On sep 05 2019 Axis Bank deducted ₹450+81and ₹300+54 from my credit card without any reason and in statement it show cheque bounce charges which I had already paid my bill on 4th sep 2019, On follow up ₹300+54 was debited to my account and ₹450+81 was still pending and when i contact to customer care they will say we will resolve it asap but till now nothing happened
