Axis Bank — Amount deducted, but money did not come

Dear Sir,
I used my axis bank ATM card to withdraw the money at fincare ATM in sivaganga, pin code 630561, Tamilnadu. The amount deducted is Rs 1000 (one thousand only). But the money did not come.
The amount was deducted from my axis bank SB account. Kindly do the needful. DATE : 11.01.2021, MONDAY, TIME 10:46 AM
