This is to Inform you that My amount 1300/- is deducted and I called to the customer care to ask the reason.
They gave the info that Amount is deducted for Debit Cards.
There are 2 Debit Cards applied and the same for that amount is deducted but I have not received any SMS nor Mail for First time applied My-own Image Debit Card and again after 3 Days I applied for one more new Debit Card and I got the same that 1Rs/- is deducted after 7 days I got the card but unfortunately before activating that card I Lost the wallet in train and immediately I called to Axis Customer Care and I complained they suggested to me to block it and the same I said to block it.
Today Morning when I logged-in to apply for Debit card, I noticed that 1300/- Is deducted.
My Point Is:
1) One Card I have received but not activated and it is blocked
2) Another card I have not received the Confirmation SMS nor CARD nor Mail nor the CARD
3) Normally for Debit card charge is less than 300/- but why 1300/-
This is not the first time that my amount is deducting, so far around 3500/- is deducted.
This is the reason I'm afraid of keeping the amount in account. Once the amount is Credited immediately I will take it off.
I'm requesting you to have a check into this and refund 1300/-.
