Axis Bank — amount deducted from bank account

Axis bank has deducted my rs. 590-/ from my account on 11/01/2020. Plz return my money as soon as possible. I didn't knew about this that there is any consolidated charges also, in axis bank. Axis bank is a good bank as compare to other bank but, this consolidation, i didn't knew about that. Somehow please return my money as i am in need of my account balance. If there is any money limitation of my account please let me know i m ready to credit that much in my account. I have already maintained the mab of 15k.

After six month dublicate statement charg.
I am inform customer care and no respons

For the last 6 months, we are going to the branch, if they go to the branch, they speak to customer care, talk to Sus.care, then they speak to the branch.
