[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Amount deduction issue

Please find the below issue,

Complaint description : as per the subject, actually i had checked in the lodge in mayura hotel in bidar location, while at a time of check out i had swiped my card.

But while at a time of swiping the amount of 700 has deducted from my main account 2 times in that for 2 times of transaction amount has been deducted from my main account but not yet credited to there account.

But 1 time 700 rs has reversed to my account but another 700 rs not yet credited to my account.

For this i have already rises a complaint to customer care department, my complaint no is 30555262.

Kindly for process the complaint immediately and do the needful for the same

I am trying to Update KYC and signature since 5 april 2017 but till date we are not getting success . Please take favorable action as soon as possible.We visited related branch regularly.

My reference number is[protected], done a transaction on[protected] towards Loan clearance in muthoot finance.Amount was debited in my account but the finance company saying amount not settled in my account, give me the response please and how to get my information.
