[Resolved]  Axis Bank — amount not credited back into my account

On[protected] i have done two transactions on portal https://online.sai.org.in(shirdhi sai trust) an total amount of rs.1220 (Each transaction of rs.610) while finishing the transaction i got an payment error. The money has been debited from my account. On[protected] i have received an mail from [protected]@sai.org.in that money has been credited into my account. But the money hasn't been credited back.

Below i have provided the snapshots of the mail i have received which contains the bank transaction id, acknowledgment no and transaction date for the two transactions i have done.

Please resolve this issue quickly.

Consolidated charge cut /deducted by axis bank is so much on 13 January ..its wrong and not fair ...I want to revert and return not true information given by any body for dis charges..it's so much about 2500
