Axis Bank — Amount not refunded

I had transferred an amount of Rs 15000/- to another account on April 30th (Saturday). Due to some reasons, the transaction was not successful, but the amount was deducted from the account. When i called the customer service, they informed that the amount would be refunded withing 2 working days.
I also have a mail from the customer service stating that the amount would be refunded.
Its been 3 days, the amount has not be returned. When called the customer service, they are stating that they would raise a Complaint and then put the call on hold for another 10mins. No response received from them yet.

Mere bhai ka accident ho gaya atm insurance tha sub documents jama kar die aur original deth cartificate jama kiye hai deth cartificate mile ga ya nahi Sar pls original deth cartificate retarn kar dijiye ga the best regard
