Axis Bank — Amount Spent by bank on credit card without prior notification

Myself Vikul Gupta, having account in axis bank. ( A/C No. [protected]). I am using credit card ( Card No. [protected]) of axis bank. I got an email from bank that 5$ (around 344.54 Rs.) was spent from my credit card but i didn't do this transaction. I talked with Customer care, they said that this transaction was done by bank and bank will call me. I am not able to understand that how can bank do this. in future they might be spend 5000$ from my credit card. For a common person this is really very bad experience. This is not acceptable at all.Request you to please intervene.
