I'm Irfan Shaikh, my account is in Tardeo, Mumbai. I visited bank on 16 June for replacing debit card which was not working, I had been given insta card and again taken back as there was some technical difficulty, which I was told will be solved soon and I will get a call back.
The call never came, I kept on calling the branch I was assured that I will be solved soon which never happened.On 20 June I called the branch when I was told that I have to submit my documents personally as the technical problem was not solved yet, and its not possible to issue insta card so after submitting documents the card will come to my address in a week.
I was told that I can come by 2-3 pm, when I went to bank the bank was closed n I was informed that everyone left.
I am your customer since 3 years, this is the worst service a customer can get. I want to know that what happened on solving the technical problem? Does it take more than 4 days to solve this for a major bank like Axis? Is the behavior like this right? Was this information helpful? |
