Dear team,
Axis card charged me annual fee for the card no ending with 8331, which is not using from one year.
They sent me a new platinum card no ending with 2052 and said that old card will not work after using this new card. I accepted the new platinum card and using it from last 10 months. In my recent statement they charged me annual fee for old card.
I contacted customer care people today i. E. 06 - july - 2015 and they are very reckless regarding my query and disconnecting call after putting me on hold for several minutes. I tried 5 times continuously and every time they did same to me.
Please accept my complaint and expecting earlier resolution.
