[Resolved] Axis Bank — asap account issue | |||
Hello, I have opened asap account through online and i have lost my customer id and virtual card details. I have contacted customer care with my account number and i got response that your date if birth details not matching hence we cannot provide any information. I have phone number which linked to aadhaar number which is not registered with bank. I have opened account with pan number which same date of birth not matching with bank records. Now my amount got blocked in account and it's pathetic and embarrassing experience which not getting solution. Expecting resolution asap. Thank you so much in advance.
