[Resolved] Axis Bank — ATM Fraud Transaction | |||
Hi, This incident happened on 06/10/16. A fraud transection of 8800 INR happened from my ATM. I have no idea who did that. The card is in my pocket how anyone can transect the money anyway. There is no response from the bank. My reference no: 25792699. They always say that your request is rejected and WE WON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK. I mean whats my fault in that. And every time I contacted you, you generate a new reference no. and ask for one week. I tired being of visiting your branch and filling forms etc... I never had such a bad experience from you people and will effect the future relationships is well. Was this information helpful? | |||
