Axis Bank — ATM Gave 9100 in place of 10000

On 31May 2014 Time 8:31, I used Axis Bank ATM(ID CWDW36606) for the 10000/-.But it gives me (9X1000)+(1X100).I Talked to Axis Bank Customer care. They guide to me to talk with nearest Branch. I did that, but there was no +ve response. Then I personally went to Baddi(HP) branch. There was also same.
