[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Atm transaction dispute

I did transaction of 3000 yesterday arround 14.25 in HCl technologies ltd surya saphire bangalore hdfc atm.i did not get money due to some atm issue.but money deducted from my account.still it is not credited to my account.i tried to reach customer care no body is recieveing my call.such a bad service i never saw in my life.please help.this is the msg which i recieved.

The turn around time for auto reversal of failed transaction is 1 working day. In case the amount does not get auto reversed, please get in touch with your nearest debit account holding branch.
