Axis Bank — Atm transaction failed | |||||
Dear, I have done transaction of 10000/- on 20.02.2017 at non axis bank ATM at narasannapeta ( srikakulam ) and due to non availability of money at ATM I didn't get the money but money has been debited from my account. I complained the same to the concerned bank and they said that money will be credited to the bank with in the same day. Even I complained at axis bank at white field main road branch ( complaint number:[protected] but money is not credited to my bank so far. kindly take an action. AC NO:[protected] reply from bank: Dear Mr. Murthy, I apologize for the delay in replying to your query. As per the confirmation received from the concern department stated, The said transaction has been represented by other bank as successful withdrawal. We have again taken up the matter on dated 07.03.2017. As per network rules other bank has to respond y our bank within 17 days. If they fail to do so within the prescribed time frame then we will transfer the funds to the cardholders account after the expiry of said time limit.
