[Resolved] Axis Bank — AUAUTHORISED DEDUCTION | |||
Sir, My Account Number is [protected], customer id[protected] have file a complaint about following. 1. to make charges due to non maintaining the minimum balance, even after the guidelines of RBI which says that no bank will deduct the charges in case of failure to maintain minimum balance .2. Fail to make sms of every transactions. (only few sms has been send by the Axis bank) If matter has not been resolved, I will file a complaint to consumer court as well as to RBI and other regulatory authorities.
