[Resolved] Axis Bank — Auto debit money as credit card charges without my consent. | |||
I am a credit card holder (xxxxx9575) of axis bank which was issues by one of the employee of the axis bank branch visnagar stating that no processing or other charge will be levied for this card. i made two transactions n paid the amount before stipulated time even though everytime late fee charges were added in that. last sept card was stolen n i stopped it immediately still charges counting were continue. on 30st aug 5000 rs. were deducted from my account. i have made written complaint then and asked so many times to credit card company to provide me statement for all transaction.still i haven't received it. i want clarification how they can deduct money from my account without my consent ??? card is stopped since last one year how they calculate the charges???
