Dear Concern,
I am writing this with a very disappointment service received from axis bank includes recovery service team.
Before COVID I was very regular customer to avail the credit card services and loan amount which was never missed.
After covid I missed credit card payment with long duration and end up with account default
(Customer id[protected] at the same time I was being going through with a very bad time due to covid infection to my whole family. I have missed my Auto loan. How ever but was being able to pay at the end of the month.
After a couple of days time recovery team reaches my home to pickup my car because of my defaulter account ( which i had only missed 1 emi of car) suggested me to settle my credit card. Which I had settled by end of march 2021. Since after that i was still in bad situation i tried to enable moratorium to the same account for auto loan but was been rejected as my account was still in defaulter (tried after 3 month of cc settlement). In meanwhile my emi payment was getting paid but late (though it was never being more than 2 emi) I was simultaneously getting notices from legal team of axis bank.
Now today (16-dec-2021) I received the notice from legal team for the termination of loan account with a very short period of time. This is completely a kind of harrasment for me i tried my all level best to resolve all the possible way RBI offered to help customers in pandemic situation but i was never being treated as customer instead loop lock by Axis loan department to recovery department and vice Versa while one of person from recovery team ask me to pay cibil amount for CC settlement. Which was to be paid by recovery team while in settlement.
This a huble request please look into this matter. I have already visited multiple times to loan department, banks & recovery department but no one helped me instead I was been deducted my salary for taking immediate leaves.
