Axis Bank — Avoid calling for personal Loan | |||
Dear Axis Bank, I am existing customer of the with Cust ID[protected]. I have applied for PL before a month back. When my lead is circulated to your concern dept. I am getting call alternative day from bank. One of executive informed me, After checking my eligibility criterial for PL. My Company is not listed with Axis Bank, Because it is only 3 years old company. Bank is not going to provide personal loan for me. I said ok no problem, Please put such a note in your system. Then also from last one month i am continuesly getting enquiry call for PL. If i am not eligible, Then why unnecessarly calling? And there is no any provision with your system to put a note, what conversation had wih customer last time. To avoid repeate calling. Which is worst system. Its irritating me.
