[Resolved] Axis Bank — axis asap account closure without my consent

Yesterday on dated 17th June, 2019 I have opened an AXIS ASAP bank account through online form filling and providing my ADHAAR and PAN details. I have also deposited Rs.5000.00 in this newly created account. My customer id is[protected]. Now, today dated 18th June, 2019 I suddenly received a sms from the bank as "Your A/c XXXX is debited by Rs.5000 on 18th June19. Avbl Bal :Rs.0. Info : Account closure proceeds to DD Acct." Please note I did not given any consent for account closure. Kindly look ito the issue on an urgent basis and refund the money or reopen my account. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Verified Support Jun 18, 2019 Axis Bank Customer Care's response Hi, we wish to inform you that your Axis ASAP account is closed.
