[Resolved] Axis Bank — axis asap account closure without my consent | |
Yesterday on dated 17th June, 2019 I have opened an AXIS ASAP bank account through online form filling and providing my ADHAAR and PAN details. I have also deposited Rs.5000.00 in this newly created account. My customer id is[protected]. Now, today dated 18th June, 2019 I suddenly received a sms from the bank as "Your A/c XXXX is debited by Rs.5000 on 18th June19. Avbl Bal :Rs.0. Info : Account closure proceeds to DD Acct." Please note I did not given any consent for account closure. Kindly look ito the issue on an urgent basis and refund the money or reopen my account. Was this information helpful? | |
