AXIS ASAP !!! Service is fully disgusting, illogical and ridiculous !!! Pls avoid this useless service.

I had opened an account with axis asap on 28 th mar 2018 . I provided all details and account got activated.
I did a transaction through my account - I deposited 800/- in my account.
I tried to use the amount to buy a product but it was throwing error.
Today I visited my branch bank-bhikaji cama place where i came to know that my account has been closed.
Reason provided was someone bearing my name has taken some loan from you bank so as my name was same my account has been closed.
Really its very ridiculous and funny and non sense.
Axis bank should put this notice everywhere that on this condition the account will be closed.
