[Resolved] Axis Bank — Axis Bank asking for money to issue me the card which they blocked due to their mistake | |||||
There was fraud on my USD travel card of around 200$ due to data leak from the bank side.When I called th3 customer care to block my USD card they blocked my INR card due to which I am not able to withdraw any money from my account.I also visted axis branch and gave written complain to get my stolen amount back and get my indian card activated. But no action. Has been taken yet. Axis Bank is asking me ₹500 to issue me another debit card which I don't agree to pay as they blocked my indian card by mistake. My issue is to get my lost amount back and also get the card back Was this information helpful? | |||||
