Dear team, I have made imps transaction on 19th july 2017 for the amount rs.700 from my axis account to iob account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue. I have made imps transaction on 15th December 2017 for the amount Rs 3050 from my axis account to another bank account. The amount got debited from my account and also beneficiary account is not credited. The transaction status is shown as suspect. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.
I contacted axis bank customer care, but I am always redirected to automated calls. No real person ever takes the other end.
