[Resolved] Axis Bank — Axis Bank cancellation of credit card No [protected] | |||
I am totally dissatisfied with AXIS Bank with regards to the service and the compliance that bank needs to follow while imparting information to the customer. MY ZONE VISA PLATINUM card of Axis bank([protected]) was offered stating as life time free card But annual fee of Rs.944 is billed and statements have been send across for the last six months with the Service charges billed. There has been no response from the customer care division when called for the same...or contacting the nearest branch in person for clarification..and i m not pay any charges So expecting for the reversal of the charges and as well as the annual fee billed with the card cancelled.
