I was having account in Axis bank its salary account but last month and this month they charged 500 as Consolidated Charges For A/C and also GST @18% On Charge 90 this is for two months deductions i didn't received any email or message to registered mail even i not get any call too but when i was checking now with customer care they are telling like they are helpless for taking complaint on it ( telling like if salary not added in last 3 months so changed in to saving account i asked like how can i know for that they told like in internet banking main page under account now it will be like saving account but earlier also for me it is same like saving account ) i ask for resolution and they are suggesting me to visit nearest bank
this is shame on axis bank when transfer 1 rupee also we are getting message alert and mail alert but for charges deduction i didn't get any mail or message they are deducting money illegally with out informing end customer this is fraud in corporate last month i didn't login to internet banking just today logged in.
please take some action no one need to suffer like me
if customer care of particular bank also not able to take complaint means then to whom we need to complaint...
