Axis bank chas branch deducted unnecessary charges from my saving account in the name of consolidated charges. When i checked my balance on 14th dec 2019 they have deducted rs 700 from my account written as consolidated charges and previously around they cut 1400 rs. Total around rs 2100 axis bank have deducted. I maintained minimum balance after that illegally they deducted. Be careful.. Was this information helpful? | |||

I was raised request (request no:[protected]to customer care bank ensure me bank will refund my money but again axis bank deducted charges on 16th march 2019.Such thing is not happening in other Banks. from last couple of years it was going well with axis bank but why you have deducted money in the name of consolidated charge, minimum balance & others in Feb 2019.
This is completely rough handling of things without any intimation.i would just like to say please return my money as soon as possible and stop this deduction i m waiting for your positive response
