I have got 02 current accounts with axis bank, tilak nagar branch, new delhi 110018. Can be fetched from my registered mobile no. [protected]. Opened up a current account with the name of global it solutions on 12th july 2017, very clearly told them that this is a call center service and opens in night so the banking kit might not be received so they will have to help me manage.
This is an international remittance business and even after accepting the remittance i cannot further utilize it till the time i have access to my account. And i am suffering like hell just because all the axis bank people have been fooling me around.
Never received a banking kit. Few days back on approx 3rd august 2017 when my first remittance from usa was expected i called the bank and was told by mr harpinder to check the delivery status with awill no. That he provided me. The status showed that the kit has been lying in local post office in tilak nagar, delhi since 20th july 2017. When informed to harpinder, he checked and said that the banking kit has been delivered to mumbai and will take time in coming back. But out of my curiosity i called the customer care wherein i was told that the kit was never delivered to mumbai and has been still lying in the local post office.
On my request the call was than transferred to the floor supervisor mr shivakumar who than called the branch office and spoke to the operations manager ms. Shilpa and told her to get the kit collected from post office and help me out. Then shivakumar gave me her number and told me to speak to her. To my surprise when i called her she straightaway refused of receiving any call from shivakumar and acted strange and again explained all my problem to her. She said she will call me back. Than i again spoke to shivakumar, explained him the scenario, he further again called shilpa and spoke to her. He committed me a positive solution within 2 hours and again told me to speak to her and this time when i called her she accepted that she received call from shivakumar and acted extremely rude to me and never too initiative to help me but trying keep her words up.
Again called shivakumar but coz of his unavailability got tony (Floor supervisor) on line. Again explained all the issue to him and he said to provide a revert by day end but no call received from anyone till date. My business is suffering, very soon i will kicked off from office coz of non payment of rent, staff might leave anytime coz of non payment of salary. I am afraid of still bringing in the money from usa coz i have no option to utilize it.
6 th august i got a call from axis bank, asking if i have received the banking kit, again explained the total scenario to him and he took my residential address and promised to get the kit delivered to my residential address within 24 hours. And now its been 48 hours that nothing is delivered.
I very well saw all the fraudulent activities by axis bank during demonetization period but still initiated 2 current accounts with axis and this is what i am facing.
Today again a spoke to tony and now he is saying to wait for 2 more days or more for the delivery.
May i expect a help and also some strict actions against the local home branch people here.
