Axis Bank — Axis Bank - credit card all outstanding Payment Cleared but still not Closing my Credit card account and providing me noc letter

Axis Bank Issued me a My Zone Credit Card on dated[protected]
but I I have used some credit from my card but I forget to paid the taken amount but after some time Axis Bank put my credit card status as Writen-off.
At[protected] Axis Bank Agent Call me to clear my pending amount of my Axis Bank My Zone Credit Card afther discussion with Axis Bank agent he assured me that after clearing my outstanding amount they will chane my Writen-off staus to Closed then I decide to pay my out standing amount and paid all my outstanding amount on dated[protected]. Sir I am Sharing my all Cedit Card related payment and Credit Account details
