[Resolved] Axis Bank — Axis Bank credit card payment against wrong transaction | |||
My name is venkat nadimenti, i have axis bank credit card.in my account rs771 and 779 wrongly debited. I sent mail to customer care after that they was asked documents on17/01/2017. I forwarded to them after i got credit of 779 but still pending rs. 771. I sent mail again. I got the reply that they provided refrence number 28452559 on 27/02/2017 then paid balance payment and closed my card. Today i got message u r payment due rs1235. Earlier my bill after deducting 771 only. Was this information helpful? | |||
