Axis bank Customer care is not taking a complaint for Failed money transfer. Customer care executive name : Tharun kumar Call timing : 3 Apr 2017 8:30PM Money transfer failed on 31st Mar 2017 First time I called customer care on 1 Apr 2017, they told that i need to wait 2 to 4 days for failed transactions. But still i didn't receive the money back/transfer success. Second time i called Axis bank Customer care on 3 Apr 2017. they are not ready to give a complaint id for my compliant even it tooks 4 days. Very disappointed on Axis bank customer services.
