Hi,
1000 rupees got deducted from my savings account which is linked to credit card. Even the customer service is not responding properly. This was not the first time. Really worst service i had ever seen.
The bank has deducted the money from my saving account without any reason, however i have paid my credit cart payment before the due date.
I paid the 3891.45 on 4/03/2019, 10.30am.
Here is message from axis:
Dear customer, payment received for amount of rs 3891.45 for creditcard number xxxx5025 on 04-mar-19
(I had done payment before due date) although they deduct 1000rs from my saving account here is message
Hello! Your a/c no. 496919 has been debited by rs. 5068 on 04mar19. The a/c balance is rs. 34201.67. Info: brn-card payment. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.
This is not my first time experience with axis, last time few months ago when i face this issue, i called them and they told me don't worry your payment will credited soon... (My question is then why they wrongly deducted amount from my account)
I request take a look on this issue and resolved asap... I'm also going to report this issue at indian gov. Complain site (https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/)

My axis asap was closed axis website says my photo in pan is not clear name wasn't match with adhaar but all things are correct I can't reopen my new axis asap
