[Resolved]  Axis Bank — axis bank ecpp assistance without permission charged 2199/- from my axis bank credit card

Sir/madam, i have purchased credit card from axis bank on 10.08.2018.in 20.08.2018 i have received message from ecpp assistance for your credit card account statement of rs. 2199 with due date 05 may 2020 is generated and will reach you shortly. Min amt due rs. 110, without my permission one assist charged 2199/- from my credit card account after that i have called one assist complaint number for cancellation of my insurance policy and refund the amount there is no response from one assist kindly cancel the policy and does not deduct any amount form my account.

Updated by Hillol Chatterjee Sir/Madam, I have purchased Credit card from AXIS Bank on 12.06.2020 i have received message from ECPP Assistance for your Credit card account statement of Rs. 2199 with due date 05 may 2020 is generated and will reach you shortly. Min amt due Rs. 110, Without my permission One assist Charged 2199/- from my Credit card account after that i have called One assist Complaint Number for Cancellation of My insurance policy and refund the amount there is no response from one assist Kindly Cancel the policy and does not deduct any amount form my account. I have not pay the amount because i am earned very few amount for monthly.
